Returns

That’s how it works:

1.    Please announce the return to Kontakt@Anadore-Kosmetik.de.
2.    You receive a DHL-Return-Label from the Anadore Kosmetik service team. Please note:  We only bear the costs for returns or part returns of products over 40,00 € product worth.
3.    Please fill out the return note and attach it to the packet. You can download the return note here.
4.    Please place the DHL-Return-Label on the packet.
5.    Please give off the packet at the next Post store.
