Die Geschwister Rosy und Maria Carita begannen Ihre Karriere vor über 60 Jahren in Toulouse. Maria eröffnete mit 18 Jahren ihren ersten Salon und erfüllte sich einige Jahre später einen Lebenstraum: "einen Salon auf der eleganten Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré" in Paris. Nach und nach verliehen sie ihren Kundinnen auf revolutionäre Weise Schönheit von Kopf bis Fuß.
Die Carita Schwestern legten den Grundstein für ein einzigartiges "Global Beauty-Konzept", das Gesicht, Körper und Haare gleichermaßen mit einbezieht.
Caritas heutige Expertise und Know-how finden ihren Ursprung im berühmten "La Maison de Beauté" in Paris. Seit der Gründung legt man einen großen Wert auf einen umfassenden, perfekten Service, indem das Wohl der Gäste im Mittelpunkt steht.
Das Haus der Schönheit wurde weltweit das erste Day-Spa. Alles ist so kreiert, dass ein Gefühl des Wohlbefindens und purer Entspannung entsteht. Hier wurden und werden auch heute noch alle Carita Kabinen-Programme entwickelt, bevor diese weltweit etabliert werden.
Seit der Fusion mit Shiseido, ist Carita heute bekannt als internationale Prestigemarke, die französische Tradition, basierend auf Kundenservice und Kreativität, mit dem japanischen Anspruch an Präszision und Perfektion verbindet.

Over 60 years ago, two visionary Maria and Rosy Carita, put all of their talent to the service of women’s beauty.
Natives of Toulouse, they did not shy away from overturning conventional ideas, allowing them to become the leading female hairstylists in Paris.
In 1945, they set up their salon at 5 rue du Faubourg St Honoré, before creating the legendary setting of The House of Beauty at 11 rue du Faubourg St Honoré. It was in this House where the Carita Haute Beauté was born. A prestigious address, where the expertise and know-how of the “artisans of beauty” have been enriched over the years, where the combined effect of high-performance products and treatments for body, face and hair reveals the unique Beauty of every woman.
Their creativity and daring led them to collaborate with the young avant-garde fashion designers of the age, the future top names in French Haute Couture. Their expertise and flair won over the stars in search of something new.
